Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Regulatory Operations Analyst (Temporary) to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on coordinating between departments and the Compliance Division to meet regulatory deliverables, interpreting new requirements, and drafting policies and workflows to ensure compliance.

The temporary assignment runs August to December 2026, with potential changes. This is a full-time position connected with a staffing agency.

Qualifications

• Windows-based PC systems, MS Word/Excel (Pivot tables), Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat.
• Research, analysis and reporting methods.
• Basic standards in business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates between departments and Compliance to meet regulatory deliverables.
• Reviews new regulatory requirements and provides initial interpretation.
• Assists new requirements and mitigates compliance deficiencies.
• Drafts policies, procedures and workflows to reflect operations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinates with divisions to draft audit deliverables for corrective actions.
• Supports regulatory reporting and ensures timely delivery.
