Job summary

The Alliance seeks a Medicare Membership & Eligibility Analyst (Temporary) to support Medicare operations, enrollment, and data interpretation. You will analyze Medicare and Medi-Cal data, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and act as a liaison to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Medicare Operations Director, this role involves research, data interpretation, and developing actionable recommendations within a hybrid work setup in California counties served by the Alliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience related to Medicare membership operations and/or enrollment eligibility.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare operations, sales, and enrollment through analysis of Medicare and Medi-Cal data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Conduct complex research and analysis to support Medicare Operations activities.
