Job summary

Lyft is seeking a sharp, self-motivated attorney with at least 5 years of litigation and counseling experience to advance Lyft’s business goals at the intersection of law, policy, and technology. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners, manage outside counsel, and help navigate consumer litigation, regulatory disputes, and government investigations.

This role is in-office on a hybrid schedule in the San Francisco area, with base pay between $176,000 and $220,000 per year, plus

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a top law school and bar admission.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience with strong regulatory exposure.
• Experience advising on regulatory disputes and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a broad range of litigation matters, including pre-litigation and disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to internal teams and guidance on risk.
• Manage outside counsel, budgeting, and alignment with legal strategy.
• Advise Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Product, and other teams.
