The successful candidate will hold a Juris Doctor, be eligible for admission to the MD or DC Bar within one year, and have at least one year of legal experience in healthcare,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Bar admission to MD or DC within 1 year.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare/regulatory law.

Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory hearings and lawsuits in Maryland.
• Advise management on diverse legal matters and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company before regulators such as EEOC, MCCR, NLRB and other authorities.
