Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in health care regulatory litigation.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Interest in Medicare, Medicaid, and other health care regulatory frameworks; clerkship and government service valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory litigation, APA challenges, and appellate advocacy.
• Represent clients in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement disputes, audits, and investigations.
• Develop briefs and pleadings for administrative and judicial proceedings.
