Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; candidates awaiting bar exam results or between graduation and admission are welcome to apply.
• Genuine interest in digital assets, fintech, or technology regulation.
• Ability to work with product, engineering, and commercial teams in a lean, fast-moving organization.
• Current or near-term eligibility to work in the United States; progress toward or plan to sit a US state bar exam (New York preferred).
• Discretion because regulatory, product, and governance matters are commercially sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory research on US digital asset law and international frameworks; translate findings into practical guidance for leadership.
• Assist with legal review of product launches and go-to-market materials with cross-functional teams.
• Support drafting and administration of commercial contracts and partnerships.
• Assist compliance documentation for AML/KYC and audits.
• Provide research on data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) as it applies to product design and terms of service.
• Support corporate governance materials and filings across US and affiliates.
• Assist IP administration, including trademark filings and brand protection tracking.
• Provide organizational support on regulatory inquiries and liaising with outside counsel.
• Take ownership of a defined area within 6–12 months, in collaboration with GC/CLO.
