Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Regulatory Label Specialist for a growing food science company in Lynn, MA. This hybrid role requires on-site 3 days a week and remote 2 days.

You will develop Nutrition Facts Panels, verify allergens, and enter raw materials into ESHA Genesis. Maintain label documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant product labels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a food science related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Food Regulatory or Food Compliance role strongly preferred.
• Experience with Genesis software, managing accuracy of data, data entry, and document/record management is required.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, research, analyze and source missing information.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Nutrition Facts Panels and ingredient statements for retail and bulk products.
• Ensure label information is accurate and complies with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
• Verify allergens using approved formulas and supplier documentation.
• Enter raw materials into ESHA Genesis using information provided by suppliers.
• Maintain the ESHA Genesis materials and recipe database, including ingredient, nutrition, allergen, and recipe information.
• Keep database records accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Maintain technical documentation supporting product labels, specifications, and customer requirements.

** This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be on-site 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days a week**

Pay: $38/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday- 8:00am-4:00pm

Employment type: Full Time; Contract with potential for conversion

Job responsibilities include:
