The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) seeks a Regulatory Consultant to join the Bureau of Compliance within the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. You will analyze and investigate incoming complaints alleging violations of Florida Statutes and Board Rules, coordinate with investigative staff, and maintain detailed case files.

Ideal candidates will have investigative experience, be able to read and apply statutes, conduct interviews, and prepare

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience with investigating and analyzing statutory issues is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Examine and evaluate complaints against condo, timeshare, and cooperative associations.
• Review complaint forms for compliance with Florida Statutes and Board Rules.
• Obtain documentation, verify licensure, research history, and prepare investigative memos/reports.
• Maintain case files and monitor caseload for timely processing.
• Communicate updates to complainants and subjects in writing or by phone.
• Perform related tasks and special assignments as needed.
