Job summary
Meenan P.A. is seeking an Administrative professional in Tallahassee, Florida. In-person office hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in the legal field.
Paralegal/Legal Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
Field telephone calls.
Assist attorneys with regulatory compliance matters.
Maintain organized electronic and working paper files at all times.
Maintain Quickbase tracking system for projects in various states.
Maintain working relationship with various clients and regulators.
Assist in preparation of applications for clients seeking licensure.
Assist with renewal licensure filing projects.
Assist with form filing projects via NAIC SERFF filing system.
Legal research on insurance and administrative matters.
Calendar maintenance and monitoring.
Draft and proof documents with accuracy.
Other paralegal assignments as assigned.
