Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Compliance or Finance professional.
• Experience in regulatory filings requirements a plus including regulatory filings and registrations.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment.
• Independent work style with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team responsible for completing and maintaining regulatory filing obligations.
• Use and maintain technology platforms to manage filings.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory filings, statements, and reports.
• Advise other departments on best practices related to Regulatory Filings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data for filings and assist in completing filings.
