Job summary

Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. seeks an Associate, Regulatory Filings to support US state and federal insurance and P&C filings and Bermuda Monetary Authority obligations. This role reports to the AVP of Regulatory Filings and works with multiple internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 1–3 years in Compliance or Finance, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Compliance or Finance professional.
• Experience in regulatory filings requirements a plus including regulatory filings and registrations for insurance, annuities, and/or P&C.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team responsible for completing and maintaining regulatory filing obligations.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory filings, statements, and reports.
• Advise other departments on best practices related to Regulatory Filings.
• Gather information from stakeholders to complete filings and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain document management and evidence of filings and procedures.
• Support dashboards and reporting on filing status and processes.
