The Associate, Regulatory Filings, will support US/ Bermuda regulatory filings and report to the AVP of Regulatory Filings. The role involves preparing filings, advising departments on best practices, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining filing documentation and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Compliance or Finance professional.
• Experience in regulatory filings requirements a plus including: Regulatory Filings and registrations; State filings requirements for insurance, annuities and/or property and casualty companies.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team, including external service providers, who are responsible for completing and maintaining the Companies’ regulatory filing obligations.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings, statements, and reports.
• Advising other departments on best practices related to Regulatory Filings.
• Work with key stakeholders to gather information and data required in the filings and/or helping those stakeholders complete required filings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any filing discrepancies.
• Support and maintain dashboards and provide ongoing reporting on the filing process, status, etc.
