Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Environmental Specialist for the Lake Resource Recovery Facility in Okahumpka, FL and Pasco County in Spring Hill, FL. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, Title V air permits, and interface with regulators and the client-owner on environmental matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or equivalent with 3–5 years in the environmental field (air or solid waste preferred).
Knowledge of FL and federal environmental regulations in air is required; waste and water a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports for federal, state and local regulatory bodies.
Analyze CEMS emissions data and write technical notifications.
Maintain PSD and Title V operating requirements and emission reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
EPA and DOE report preparation including GHG and EIA reporting.
Liaise with client-owner and regulators for audits and inspections.
Support environmental projects and maintain environmental records.
