Job summary

The Environmental Specialist at Reworld Lake Resource Recovery Facility in Okahumpka, FL and Pasco County Facility in Spring Hill, FL will ensure environmental regulatory compliance and serve as the primary contact with regulators and client-owners.

This role focuses on air regulations, PSD/Title V, CEMS, and reports; requires a bachelor's in engineering or environmental science and 3–5 years' experience; strong communication and technical skills; English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in the environmental field.
• Working knowledge of FL and federal environmental regulations in air required.
• Strong written and oral communications skills and ability to work creatively within the regulatory framework.
• Strong computer, technical, and writing skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for federal, state and local regulatory bodies.
• Analyze CEMS emissions data and write technical notification reports.
• Maintain PSD and Title V operating requirements and complete all emission reports.
• Liaise with client-owner and regulators for audits and inspections.
• Assist with environmental procedures and training and drive environmental projects.
