Pdclegal seeks a Practice Group Manager for Regulatory & Enforcement to drive strategic, operational, administrative and talent-management needs across offices. The role includes developing and executing strategic plans, improving processes, and providing support to Global Practice Leaders, PAT leaders and local Practice Group Heads.

It also involves coordinating cross-practice initiatives and reporting on performance and client value.

Qualifications

• Consulting, strategic/operational, or in-house legal experience.
• Understanding of law firm economics, attorney incentives, and staffing dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support for the GPG and PATs by building relationships with leaders, partners and staff.
• Organize practice group meetings and develop communications, including materials and documentation.
• Design reporting with GPLs, PGHs, and accounting for actionable insights.
• Help develop and drive a strategic business plan and select objectives; monitor industry trends.
• Support cross-practice initiatives and collaborations, including marketing and business development.
• Prepare client value reports demonstrating efficiencies and ROI.
• Manage special projects such as process improvements and AI initiatives.
