Job summary

State of Florida Fort Myers Health Quality Assurance Field Office is seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to support complex secretarial duties and data entry related to surveys. The role involves preparing survey documents, editing findings, and maintaining accurate records using ASPEN and related systems.

You will also handle mail and filing, operate office equipment, and assist with meeting minutes and public inquiries, ensuring accuracy across VERSA, AEM, ACTS, and ACO databases.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience with computer data entry.
• Preference given for ASPEN and VERSA systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey documents using ASPEN.
• Edit and proofread survey data before review.
• Maintain facility survey files and correspondence.
• Scan and organize documents in Laserfiche.
• Research survey documentation in ASPEN and retrieve data.
• Run reports and enter data into VERSA, AEM, ACTS, and ACO.
• Assist with minutes and distribute them.
• Handle inquiries from providers and the public.
