Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics, or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
• Data analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand, define, and document reporting goals, needs, and requirements.
• Define data requirements for regulatory reporting with the Actuarial Data Team.
• Troubleshoot regulatory data reporting impacts and propose solutions.
• Develop repeatable data flows using enterprise data sources and BI tools.
• Act as SME in moderate scale solution development.
• Perform data scrubbing, aggregation, and amendments to meet requirements.
• Develop and implement monitoring tools and reports under supervision.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of processes and workflows.
• Apply QA techniques, including reconciliation and peer-review.
• Design and develop reporting templates and schedules.
• Develop proficiency with data and reporting tools.
• Maintain data confidentiality.
