JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Integrity & Governance Analyst within the FRRA team to lead governance across key risk and control domains. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure audit-ready documentation, and translate complex operational activity into executive communications.

This role supports senior leadership and polishes governance for critical platforms and tooling. You will partner with senior leaders, manage ownership, and drive timely escalation of urgent matters

Qualifications

• 1+ years of governance, operational risk, controls, or regulatory reporting in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of control frameworks, risk management, and audit-readiness standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong organizational discipline.
• Communicate complex operational information clearly for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive accountability and issue resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
• Maintain disciplined documentation practices for independent review.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance execution across operational risk and control domains, with planning, delivery, and oversight of recurring control activities and management reporting.
• Own end-to-end operating rhythm for core control deliverables, including performance indicators and senior management updates.
• Oversee governance for enablement platforms and tooling, onboarding, maintenance, and quarterly insight packs.
