Randstad USA in Portage, Michigan is seeking a Data Specialist to support a PMO portfolio on a contract basis. The role focuses on structured data gathering, validation, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, regulatory, quality, and suppliers to obtain material and product-level compliance data, manage ECNs in QMS, and drive process improvements for data collection and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead data retrieval across internal systems and suppliers to support regulatory requirements.
• Compile, cleanse, and validate datasets for regulatory submissions and internal reporting.
• Create and manage ECNs within the QMS to implement updates tied to compliance findings.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable data needs and evidence.
• Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards to show data collection progress and risks.
