Job summary

We are seeking a Specialist, Change Control & Data Retrieval/Collection to support the Instruments Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) PMO portfolio. The ideal candidate will build strong cross-functional relationships to gather, validate, and align data across global teams, suppliers, and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for regulatory compliance.

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite per week, based in Portage, Michigan, offering 18+ months on W2 and a pay rate of $35.00-$50.00

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex datasets.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data retrieval across internal systems (PLM, ERP, QMS) and supplier data for PEC.
• Compile, cleanse and validate datasets for regulatory submissions and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality and suppliers to obtain data.
• Create and manage ECNs in the Quality Management System for PEC updates.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data needs and evidence for compliance.
• Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards across PEC programs.
• Drive process improvements to standardize data collection methods.
