Matlen Silver is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the Instruments PEC PMO portfolio. The role centers on structured data gathering, validation, and integration to ensure regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, PFAS, PPWR) across global teams and suppliers.

You will lead data collection across PLM/ERP/QMS, cleanse complex datasets, and drive auditable documentation. This position emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and timely PEC deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with complex datasets.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead data retrieval and collection across internal systems (PLM, ERP, QMS) and external sources to support PEC regulatory requirements.
• Compile, cleanse, and validate complex datasets for regulatory submissions and internal reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to obtain material, component, and product-level compliance data.
• Create and manage Enterprise Change Notices (ECNs) within the QMS to implement updates tied to PEC findings.
• Translate regulatory requirements into data needs and required attributes/documentation.
• Support supplier engagement to request and track declarations and compliance docs.
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards for PEC programs' data collection progress.
• Contribute to process improvements by standardizing data collection methods and templates.
• May act as Change Owner coordinating implementation plans with regulatory timelines.
