Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking an Analyst for T&D OMA Contract Management to collect, interpret, and report data that supports business decisions and improves operational performance. The analyst will research trends, evaluate processes, and develop insights with timely reporting.

You will coordinate with internal teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law or other relevant field (Masters preferred).
• 2–3 years of related work experience including 1+ years in regulatory or utility industry.
• Understanding of budgets, fiscal plans, cost accounting, pricing or rate definitions preferred.
• Strong English editing and writing skills for drafting formal legal documentation.
• Experience with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial analysis and drafts regulatory filings and deliverables.
• Compiles information to comply with reporting requirements.
• Escalates key issues to Lead/Manager in a timely manner.
• Evaluates regulatory and contractual requirements and coordinates reporting inputs.
• Drafts formal communications and reports to external government stakeholders.
