Job summary

Actalent in Everett, WA is seeking a Research Associate to support regulatory DART studies in rats and rabbits, covering fertility, embryo-fetal development, and postnatal assessments. You will perform varied technical procedures, collect samples, and document activities per GLP standards.

Working with cross-functional teams in a vibrant vivarium, you will ensure high-quality data, strict adherence to SOPs, and timely study conduct while maintaining animal welfare and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
• ALAT certification is preferred.
• Experience in GLP auditing is beneficial.
• Vivarium environment experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of regulatory DART studies in rats and rabbits.
• Observe animals and report changes in health or behavior promptly.
• Perform study procedures in compliance with GLP requirements.
• Collect biological samples such as blood and urine.
• Assist with reproductive and developmental endpoint collection.
