TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Safety Compliance Specialist within the Safety Regulatory Compliance Operations team. You will review user content through a regulatory lens to ensure alignment with U.S. laws and internal safety standards.

Responsibilities include high-volume reviews, applying guidelines, drafting compliance documentation, monitoring legislation, and collaborating with Legal, Policy, and PR teams to refine safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Analytical rigor and ability to parse nuance in content and law.
• Exceptional writing skills to explain complex decisions.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with social media ecosystems and moderation concepts.

Responsibilities
