The role involves staying current on requirements, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with design and operations to ensure compliance in product development and production. Ideal candidates will have experience with EMC, DoC, CCM/CCRT/ECMS data flows, and a strong focus on risk management and decision making in a regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools and ability to synthesize data from stakeholders.
• Knowledge of product development methods and best practices.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with EMC, DoC, and related markings and CCM/POC data flows.

Responsibilities

• Understand and stay current on product regulatory requirements and application to Caterpillar products.
• Follow processes and tools to collect, assess, and manage information for product certification and compliance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and tools used to manage compliance risks.
• Collaborate with product groups, design control and operations to ensure development, validation and production meet regulatory requirements.
