Job summary
TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Nurse Coordinator to design and implement systems ensuring continual regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance. The role centers on audits, survey readiness, and coordinating state and federal survey activity.
The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee RN license (or compact state), BLS, and 3 years of clinical experience, with a preference for CPHQ. On-site work with a strong focus on education and policy review is expected.
Qualifications
- RN license in Tennessee (or compact state).
- Current BLS certification.
- 3 years clinical experience.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
- CPHQ certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct internal audits to measure survey readiness.
- Track and trend regulatory compliance issues.
- Prepare quarterly leadership report.
- Coordinate PPR completion and submission.
- Coordinate QRS Survey and all on-site regulatory surveys.
- Identify resources to correct regulatory deviations.
- Oversee survey responses and action plans.
- Educate hospital staff on regulatory requirements.
