Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (RN) to ensure compliance with NJ/PA Department of Health, CMS, and DNV requirements. Reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, you will coordinate surveys and readiness.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure in NJ/PA, and at least two years of regulatory experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected, along with strong data and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN preferred.
• Two years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• RN licensure in NJ and PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory surveys with external bodies (NJ/PA Department of Health, CMS, DNV).
• Prepare Novi Survey submissions to the Department of Health.
• Develop action plans and track compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create tracking tools to measure regulatory performance.
• Provide policy, procedure, and forms updates to Capital Health as required.
