Primergy is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to join our Asset Management team in Oregon. The role ensures solar and BESS projects meet federal, state, and regional rules across wholesale markets, translating changes into actionable policies.

Responsibilities include leading filings, developing compliance frameworks, and coordinating with legal, operations, and asset management. 5+ years in energy regulatory compliance is required; strong analytical and proactive risk mitigation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years energy regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with portfolio and asset-level regulatory risk analysis.
• Deep experience in wholesale power markets (ISO/RTOs: CAISO, ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO).
• FERC regulations and NERC standards familiarity.
• Collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory requirements from FERC, NERC, ISO/RTOs across wholesale power markets.
• Ensure compliance with protocols for solar and BESS assets.
• Lead regulatory filings, reports, and certifications submission.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and controls.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with asset management, operations, legal, and commercial teams.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies, market operators, and auditors.
• Track regulatory changes and assess impact on projects.
• Support market participation activities, registrations, testing, and ongoing compliance.
