Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their team. As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be part of the compliance department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Regulatory Compliance Manager
Location : Overland Park, KS
What's the Job?
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with legal, risk, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is integrated into processes.
Tool & System Use : Utilize compliance software, regulatory databases, and internal systems for tracking and reporting.
Policy & Procedure Work : Draft, update, or review compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations.
Training & Guidance : Provide compliance guidance to business units or assist in developing training materials.
Audit & Documentation : Prepare for internal or external audits by organizing documentation and evidence of compliance.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory or compliance roles.
Experience in legal, business, governmental regulatory, or compliance environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct regulatory research and assess impacts on the organization.
