As our Product & Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will support product filings, regulatory research, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll serve as a trusted resource for interpreting regulations, managing SERFF submissions, and advising on product development to ensure adherence to state and federal requirements. Sr. Analyst and Consultant levels will also be considered based on experience.



WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):

    • Product & Regulatory Compliance Analyst: $58,656 - $75,078 plus annual bonus opportunity.

    • Sr. Product & Regulatory Compliance Analyst: $74,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

    • Product & Regulatory Compliance Consultant: $84,500 - $110,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Own and manage product filings through SERFF, ensuring timely and accurate submissions across all jurisdictions.

  • Research and interpret complex federal and state regulations, providing practical guidance to business partners.

  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Legal, Underwriting, and Claims to support new product development and enhancements.

  • Communicate with regulators and industry trade groups to advocate for compliant, customer-focused products.

  • Draft and coordinate filings, certifications, and correspondence to support ongoing compliance initiatives.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • 2+ years of experience in group life and health insurance products.

  • 2+ years of experience with product filings and SERFF; strong understanding of insurance compliance processes.

  • Proven ability to interpret legislation and communicate regulatory requirements clearly to internal teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with regulators and cross-functional teams.

  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:



  • Knowledge of Company operations and the ability to recognize those areas affected by laws and regulations.
