Premera is seeking a Regulatory Compliance & Ethics Program Administrator in Mountlake Terrace, WA, a hybrid role focused on shaping regulatory strategy and overseeing ethics programs. You will advocate with external stakeholders and guide internal teams on new laws and regulations, while partnering with Legal and Legislative Affairs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 4+ years in regulatory/compliance roles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or four years' work experience required.
• Four years’ experience in regulatory, compliance, legal public policy, or internal audit space or related graduate education and experience required.
• CCEP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess and analyze proposed/final regulations and support implementation efforts.
• Interact with all levels of employees; provide clear regulatory and compliance analysis.
• Develop education, tools and resources for management and employees for self-service research.
• Support external advocacy through stakeholder meetings and external workgroups.
• Design and track departmental metrics to monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in metric tracking and key initiatives (OFAC/sanctions, conflicts of interest, reporting, third-party oversight).
• Improve RC&E processes using LEAN methodologies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
