Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five years of experience with state jurisdictional guidelines, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze and understand laws and regulations as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage time and competing priorities and provide timely status information.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop new methods and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and responses for non-financial market regulatory activities.
• Coordinate and review information with other business groups and Corporate Compliance.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Compile reports on compliance-related data and trends.
• Review new or revised laws, regulations, bulletins, and regulatory publications.
• Collaborate with business partners on lower complexity regulatory changes.
• Escalate complex legal/regulatory changes to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
