Job summary

This role coordinates investigations, tracks fines and notices, and collaborates with Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards.

The analyst will maintain thorough records, support internal assessments, and assist with process improvements leveraging automation and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigation, drafting, and submission of incident reports to state regulators.
• Maintain centralized tracker of fines, citations, and notices across jurisdictions.
• Support intake, logging, and tracking of regulatory fines and penalties.
• Prepare internal assessments for regulatory citations with supporting facts.
• Monitor deadlines and regulatory response timelines, flag risks early.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Trading, Tech Governance, AML/Fraud, VIP, and other teams on incident reports.
