UW Health in Madison, WI seeks an Accreditation and Regulation Specialist to lead accreditation readiness and regulatory initiatives. You will oversee daily operations under the Director and help shape a continuous readiness framework across the UW Health enterprise.

The role requires 3 years in healthcare with regulatory standards exposure; compliance experience and project management are strongly preferred for this position.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in listed fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.
• Regulatory standards knowledge is required.

• Develop and implement organizational initiatives to support accreditation and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and workflow under the Director.
• Collaborate to build a continuous readiness infrastructure for UW Health enterprise.
• Explore opportunities to expand and standardize continual readiness initiatives.
• Understand how accreditation and regulatory requirements impact the organization and drive improvements.
