Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial seeks a regulatory leader to direct readiness activities across CMS, Joint Commission, and state licensing, implementing accreditation and licensing programs for clinical and non-clinical departments.

You will manage a team of professionals, coordinate surveys, develop corrective actions, and ensure continuous readiness and high-quality care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Five years' healthcare or related experience preferred.
• Three years' in accreditation, regulatory compliance or process improvements preferred.
• Two years' leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day regulatory readiness activities across CMS, Joint Commission and state requirements.
• Leads site/network accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manages surveys, corrective actions, and staff training for compliance.
• Develops action plans, collects data, and prepares reports to demonstrate compliance.
• Collaborates with Risk Management, Quality, Medical staff and other departments.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
