Job summary

RCM Management LLC is seeking an entry-level financial services administrator to support the MSA department, draft responses to consumer complaints, and coordinate with Compliance on regulatory referrals. The role involves managing the Bitrix queue, preparing periodic client reports, and maintaining governance documentation.

The candidate will work under the CFO and gain exposure to regulatory requirements from DFPI, CFPB, BBB, and related authorities, ensuring timely and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bilingual EN/ES preferred.
• Experience with compliance case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft written responses to consumer complaints and regulatory referrals with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Coordinate with the Compliance Coordinator on complaint intake and fact gathering.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing status of outstanding actions and attorney requests.
• Manage legal queue in Bitrix and route correspondence to appropriate parties.
• Maintain audit-ready complaint files and support regulatory examinations.
