Job summary

RCM Management LLC is seeking a Compliance Program Specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle of consumer disputes and regulatory compliance within our financial services and collections operations.

You will monitor FDCPA, Regulation F, Rosenthal Act, and state requirements, update policies, and provide independent oversight of controls. The role includes training delivery, reporting findings to leadership, and partnering with Legal and IT to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compliance, dispute, or complaint handling in regulated environments.
• Strong written communication, capable of drafting regulatory correspondence under deadlines.
• Experience with template governance and sign-off workflows for consumer content.
• Experience conducting formal sample audits and reporting findings to leadership.
• Proactive in developing training and improving processes across collections and call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state regulations affecting collections and call center operations.
• Maintain and publish compliance policies with version control and approvals.
• Oversee content templates via the Consumer Communication Content Standard and Template Master Registry.
• Provide independent oversight of operational system controls supporting compliance.
• Design and deliver recurring compliance training for staff and onboarding.
• Advise leadership on compliance risks for new products and campaigns prior to launch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate disputes and proposed resolutions.
• Track complaint timelines and regulatory deadlines, analyze trends, and drive improvements.
