Responsibilities

• Supervise the Regulatory Complaint team to resolve escalated customer issues.
• Ensure regulatory complaints are filed and acted on with regulators per policies.
• Manage production, performance, and KPIs for timely resolutions.
• Analyze trends, propose improvements to processes and products.
• Collaborate with regulators and internal teams to close cases within SLAs.
