U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned professional to independently manage day-to-day administration of regulatory change projects and drive governance, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role emphasizes delivering compliant, timely project milestones and maintaining audit-ready documentation. With 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, you will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Lines to implement regulatory changes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically more than five years of applicable experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead assigned Regulatory Change Management (RCM) projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and compliance obligations.
  • Partner with Business Lines, Risk Managers, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to assess regulatory impacts, define project requirements, and drive implementation activities.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including kickoff meetings, gap review sessions, status meetings, working groups, and project closure reviews.
  • Coordinate the completion, review, and tracking of impact assessments, gap analyses, action plans, certifications, implementation evidence, and other required project deliverables.
  • Identify, document, and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays, while working with stakeholders to develop and execute effective resolution strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates, presentations, and governance materials for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready project documentation and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Regulatory Change Management program.
