Capital One seeks a Principal Associate, Accounting (Hybrid) to support regulatory capital calculations and disclosures for FFIEC reports, SEC filings, and Pillar 3 disclosures. You will analyze results from the internal capital engine and partner with accounting, treasury, and technology to manage timely, accurate submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, external financial reporting, audit, finance, or a combination.
• At least 3 years of experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and review of capital and risk-weighted asset schedules for FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 101/102, FR Y-15 and Pillar 3 disclosures.
• Monitor regulatory updates and evolving practice to adjust capital treatment while maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with data owners to improve data transformation, automation, and control in regulatory reporting.
