Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA license preferred.
• At least 3 years of accounting/external financial reporting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and review of capital and risk-weighted asset schedules for FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, and Pillar 3 filings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and evolving practices to maintain compliance.
• Support data transformation and process improvements across Finance.
• Enhance data reconciliation and analytics for regulator submissions.
• Research accounting treatment for business transactions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury and technology partners on data sourcing and reporting.
• Drive issue resolution and report status to management.
• Stay current with industry and regulatory changes.
• Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts within Finance and Regulatory Reporting.
