Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Benefit Contract Analyst to develop and file regulatory materials for individual to large group plans. You will draft benefit language, coordinate with Legal, Product, and external agencies, and oversee regulatory submissions across Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

You will negotiate with internal and external partners, ensure documents are compliant and clear, and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Departments while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience or equivalent
• Experience drafting benefit language and regulatory documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with multiple teams
• Understanding of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and state health insurance laws
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft group and member benefit materials (booklets, contracts, SOPs, SBCs) to meet regulatory requirements
• Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external partners on benefit documents
• Ensure legal documents are complete, compliant, and clearly written
• Oversee and track regulatory submissions and respond to objections
• Maintain relationships with Insurance Departments and coordinate filings across states
• Validate filings before submission and manage approvals
