Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Benefit Contract Analyst to draft and file regulatory benefit materials for various plan types. You will collaborate with Legal, Product, and Insurance Departments to ensure compliant, clearly written documents.

The role emphasizes partnering with internal teams, managing multiple projects, and maintaining meticulous records under varying deadlines. A mix of in‑office and field work may be required, with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, English, business or health care administration, communications and 3 years work-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects deadlines.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication, including negotiation with internal/external partners.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and build collaborative relationships.
• Familiarity with health insurance regulation (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and filing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and develops benefit language for health insurance products and regulatory documents.
• Coordinates with internal/external partners to write and revise group/member benefit booklets, contracts, policies and SBCs.
• Oversees regulatory submissions and tracks filings with Insurance Departments; responds to objections.
• Maintains relationships with internal teams and external customers; interprets benefits and advises on policy wording.
• Works in a office environment with possible travel and overtime as needed.
