Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Benefit Development Specialist to analyze, design, and monitor health benefit offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance across state and federal laws. You will lead benefit development activities, audit contracts, and guide proposals to meet policy requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years in benefit administration, project coordination, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field plus at least five years in benefit administration, project coordination, or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing benefit information from diverse sources and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Experience with report preparation, policy writing, and interpreting statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing benefit development activities, auditing complex contracts and overseeing change proposals for compliance with state and federal laws.
• Track, analyze, and present regulatory updates to the Product Platform Team and respond to regulators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, communicate, and monitor benefit-related activities.
• Lead Medicare benefit design bid submissions to CMS for the Medicare PPO line, including research and analysis.
• Analyze competitive benefit trends and communicate implications to internal management.
• Prepare and deliver benefit presentations and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide direction to team and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
