Job summary

Kraken, a leading open finance crypto platform, seeks a Data Analyst in Regulatory Analytics to turn complex regulatory data into actionable insights. You will own end-to-end data management, build dashboards, and automate compliance processes while partnering with leadership and regional teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in financial services data analysis, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with regulatory reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

5+ years of data analysis and data management within financial services or regulated industry.
Hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory reporting across AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID.
Expert SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, and analytics; Python libraries like pandas, matplotlib, plotly.

Responsibilities

Design dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports for stakeholders and regional officers.
Automate end-to-end compliance data solutions and governance to boost efficiency.
Analyze large datasets to build audit-ready data models for reporting and analytics.
Translate regulatory requests into reports and automated pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, Airflow.
Lead cross-functional projects to maintain high-quality data pipelines.
