Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Associate I in Regulatory Operations to collaborate with stakeholders, uncover automation opportunities, and deliver impactful analytics solutions. You will work with Python, SQL, Tableau/Alteryx, Snowflake, and cloud integrations to turn insights into action at scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on data analysis, automation, and close partnership with SMEs and management to optimize regulatory processes in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, SharePoint, Python, Snowflake and be familiar with AI/ML concepts.
• Demonstrated data analysis experience and ability to tell compelling stories with data.
• Ability to objectively analyze issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication to all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data analysis and automation.
• Partner with SMEs and management to deliver automation solutions from concept to implementation.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to uncover BI opportunities for stakeholders.
• Develop and lead simplification projects to improve efficiency and productivity through automation and self-service.
• Provide exploratory questions, insights and analysis to identify improvements.
• Work with LLM, ML, AWS, Snowflake and API integration.
• Tell data-driven stories that resonate with stakeholders to reveal opportunities.
• Collaborate with team and foster a strong team atmosphere.
• Explore better tools to strengthen skills.
