JPMorganChase seeks a Quant Analytics Associate Sr to advance AML/KYC data strategy. You will design datasets used by analysts, AI agents, and NLP tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform customer, transaction, and activity data into governed, AI-ready assets.

The role requires strong SQL, ETL experience, Python, and a knack for problem solving. You’ll work on scalable data pipelines, AI-assisted tooling, and governance-compliant analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency with experience in data tooling.
• Experience with data mining, statistics, ML, and analytics methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytically ready AML/KYC datasets.
• Develop ETL processes to transform raw data into structured data products.
• Create metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation for AI-readiness.
• Use Python/SQL for data extraction, profiling, validation, and optimization.
• Apply AI-assisted code generation tools to speed development and automate tasks.
• Collaborate with analytics and AI teams to support model development and NLP queries.
• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation frameworks.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing data findings and risks.
• Provide production support and communicate data changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to innovation in data modernization and AI enablement.
