IEHP is looking for an Analyst I – Product & Regulatory Operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to support compliance for Covered California products. This role involves analyzing healthcare operations, managing project implementations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

With a commitment to quality and teamwork, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and must demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in analytical/project implementation in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in support of Covered California products or regulatory operations.
• Knowledge of CMS, DHCS, and Covered California requirements preferred.

Under the general supervision of the Director, Product Implementation, the Analyst I – Product & Regulatory Operations ensures that the Covered California line of business is administered in alignment with all compliance and operational requirements. The role helps ensure that all functional areas supporting Covered California products maintain compliance with Local, State, Federal, and contractual requirements, and provides cross‑functional support for the annual Covered California product renewal and implementation cycle, as well as operational and system enhancement projects.

This role also supports product and project implementation and conducts quality assurance reviews for product‑owned regulatory templates, member‑facing materials, and other product documentation to ensure accuracy.

To perform these responsibilities effectively, the Analyst I – Product & Regulatory Operations must have a strong understanding of IEHP business operations and all functional areas supporting Covered California members, along with a demonstrated ability to consistently manage multiple projects and priorities.

Education & Requirements

Required:

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience providing analytical and/or project implementation support within a healthcare environment, preferably in support of Covered California products or regulatory operation
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience with health plan product filings and regulatory submissions
• Knowledge of CMS, DHCS, and Covered California requirements
• Experience with benefit design, enrollment operations, or healthcare analytics

Key Qualifications

• Working knowledge of project management software such as Workfront, MS Project or equivalent is preferred
• Must have strong organizational skills. Must have strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point, sufficient for use in all aspects of an office environment
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and outside of the division. Must have the ability to work well in a team environment and build effective relations with Team Members at all levels. Must be detail oriented. Exceptional follow‑through to track all outstanding tasks and ensure these are completed timely

Pay Range

• $63,897.60 USD Annually - $83,075.20 USD Annually
