Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) is seeking an Analyst I – Product & Regulatory Operations to ensure alignment of the Covered California line with compliance and operational requirements. The role supports renewal cycles, implementation projects, and QA of regulatory templates and member materials.

The position requires four years of analytical or project support experience in healthcare, with a high school diploma or GED. A hybrid work setup is offered along with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience providing analytical and/or project implementation support in healthcare, preferably for regulatory operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Covered California line of business is administered in alignment with compliance and operational requirements.
• Support annual Covered California product renewal and implementation cycle, plus system enhancement projects.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for regulatory templates and member-facing materials to ensure accuracy.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within IEHP operations.
