Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement, and label claims for TFT and private label products
• Support Supplier Quality Management program, review potential new suppliers and documentation
• Oversee label submissions to third parties or USDA when required
• Maintain ingredient information and label docs in Genesis and TFT server
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and advise leadership on impact
